Join us this winter break as we bring out the best in ourselves and make a difference for kids in our community and around the world!
Our days will be filled with fun and creative art projects, character
building, mindful movement exercises and team games!
Let's explore how to express:
- Kindness towards ourselves
- Kindness towards other kids we know
- Kindness towards kids in need around the world!
Learn from organizations who make a big impact on our communities, and individuals who work with people who need support like those who do not have a home, face barriers to getting food, or are simply having a rough time. Our days will also be filled with kindness towards ourselves and our peers though mindful movement exercises and team games!
With the support and partnership of UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, we will be practicing a different character strengths throughout the week and sharing character-building resources with parents!
