Animals and Compassion: Winter Break Camp 2018

Our campers learned all about the ways that animals need our compassion as well as the ways animals share compassion.

From endangered species and homeless pets, to service dogs who keep people in the hospital company, this week offered opportunities for campers to experience models of compassion in the animals who share their love with us and to take action to help animals in need in our community and around the globe.

We practiced mindful awareness of our feelings, breath, and movements to send some compassion and care to ourselves, so that we can go out and share it with others!

We are SO proud of these kids and their plans for making the world a better place for animals!
